Information we collect

PSP Industries limits itself to collect information in order to ensure accurate and better service with the intension of customer satisfaction. Most of the information we collect is very basic and is needed to complete a purchase procedure or provide a refund. Information we might collect include your name, address, mobile number, phone number, Date of Birth, Description of Products requested/purchased, IP address and operating system of your computer.

Payment and billing information. We might collect your billing name, billing address and payment method when you buy a Product from us. PSP Industries does not collect or store Credit Card or Debit Card or any of your banking information as it is directly transmitted through the payment gateway provider to the payment network or bank.

Information you post. We collect information you post in a public space on our website or on a third-party social media site belonging to PSP Industries.

Demographic information. We may collect demographic information about you, events you like, events you intend to participate in, products you buy, or any other information provided by you during the use of our website. We might collect this as a part of a survey also.

Email Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails. To stop receiving our promotional emails, please email to pspindustries@arizen.in. It may take about ten days to process your request. Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still be sending you transactional messages through email and SMS about your purchases.

If you click on one of the links to third party websites, you may be taken to websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to the privacy practices of those websites. Read the privacy policy of other websites carefully. We are not responsible for these third party sites.

Registration

In order to take advantage of some features of the site, you must register and create a member account which is free of any cost. An online registration form may require you to provide information such as your name, email address, and a password. Your password is a component of our security system. As such, it is your responsibility to protect it. We do not ask for your password. Do not share your password with any third parties. If your password has been compromised for any reason, you should change it immediately.

SECURITY PRECAUTIONS

We have put in place reasonable measures to protect the personal information contained in our databases. Measures are in place to prevent unauthorized access and maintain appropriate use and accuracy. Furthermore, data that is transmitted in association with our online store is encrypted and is secured by SSL as per international standard IS/ISO/IEC 27001.

Children

The PSP Industries website is not designed for persons under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years of age, you may browse our website, but please do not provide your personal information to us. For example, you cannot register. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a visitor under the age of 18 on the website, we will delete the information from our records
